Membro della Commissione Beni Culturali dell’Arcidiocesi di Modena – Nonantola e nominato consulente per gli organi del territorio diocesano, è organista presso l’Abbazia di San Pietro di Modena e presso la Chiesa di S. Maria delle Assi in Modena – ove ha inciso il CD “Organ music around Via Aemilia” (anch’esso giudizio “ottimo” della rivista “Musica”); dal 2022 è organista presso la Cattedrale modenese; membro della giuria in concorsi organistici internazionali, ha tenuto oltre settecento concerti in Italia e all’estero (Europa, Giappone, USA).
[EN] Born in Modena, graduated in Organ with top marks, he completed the II level training courses in Musical Disciplines (Organ) and Music Teaching, both with honours. Having perfected his skills with L. F. Tagliavini, M. Torrent, A. Marcon, P. Westerbrink, B. Leighton, K. Schnorr, O. Mischiati, M. Imbruno, he carries out an intense concert activity both as a soloist and in various ensembles. He inaugurated restorations of important historical organs, as well as new instruments. He recorded “Riverberi, 900 e oltre” for Elegia Records (with an “excellent” rating from the magazine “Musica”), and his recordings were broadcast by Vatican Radio. The monographic CD dedicated to the music of J. S. Bach was rated “exceptional” by the magazine “Musica”; a CD dedicated to G. F. Händel was produced in 2020. Member of the Cultural Heritage Commission of the Archdiocese of Modena – Nonantola and appointed consultant for the organs of the diocesan territory, he is organist at the Abbey of San Pietro in Modena and at the Church of S. Maria delle Assi in Modena – where he recorded CD “Organ music around Via Aemilia” (also rated “excellent” by the magazine “Musica”); since 2022 he has been organist at the Modena Cathedral; member of the jury in international organ competitions, he has held over seven hundred concerts in Italy and abroad (Europe, Japan, USA).
